Website checkout is currently available for delivery within all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International purchasing may be available by contacting Client Services.

• We review the destination, the item, shipping feasibility, applicable carrier restrictions, and any customization requirements.
• If accepted, you will receive a custom invoice prepared for your order.
• International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges may apply.
• Such charges are addressed on the applicable custom invoice or otherwise remain the client's responsibility unless the written invoice specifically states otherwise.

We recommend confirming your ring size before purchase. Resizing is not included in standard website purchases and cannot be assumed available, and is offered only for jewelry originally sold or made by Mopaier Eternal.

• Each request is reviewed case-by-case and is subject to approval and technical feasibility.
• Quotes are free; the customer pays shipping both ways, and work begins only after the written quote is approved and the service invoice is paid.
• A written quote states the price, scope, shipping arrangements, and estimated completion time.
• Resized pieces remain final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Repairs are considered case-by-case and only for items originally sold or made by Mopaier Eternal.

• We do not offer routine cleaning, polishing, inspection, stone tightening, or similar maintenance services.
• Quotes are free; the customer pays shipping both ways, and work begins only after the quote is approved and the service invoice is paid.
• We will not resize, repair, maintain, or otherwise service an item altered or serviced by anyone other than Mopaier Eternal.

• Prior written authorization, a service authorization number, and item-specific shipping instructions are required before any item is sent to us; our receiving address is never published.
• Authorized shipments require secure, discreet packaging, tracking, signature, and tender in person at a staffed carrier counter. Photograph the item before dispatch and retain the carrier receipt.
• Carrier declared value is not necessarily insurance, and unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned at the sender's expense.

Clients are invited to develop a piece with our atelier, from a single considered adjustment to an entirely original commission.

• Select a preferred main or center stone
• Select alternative precious metals
• Select side stones or accessory stones
• Adapt a design from current Mopaier Eternal inventory
• Draw inspiration from previous Mopaier Eternal inventory, where available
• Develop an entirely new piece from your ideas, preferences, and intended aesthetic
• Purchase certain gemstones separately, without commissioning a completed setting

Custom commissions are priced individually and may differ substantially from the prices of currently listed store products.

Clients may provide a Target Budget. Mopaier Eternal may also establish a Maximum Authorized Budget or an Authorized Variance in writing.

Pricing can be affected by gemstone availability, gemstone market prices, precious-metal prices, material requirements, production complexity, and design requirements.

Where a client has approved a Maximum Authorized Budget or Authorized Variance, Mopaier Eternal may proceed within that approved range without requesting additional authorization. Mopaier Eternal will not exceed the client's Maximum Authorized Budget without further approval.

Our custom jewelry process combines advanced digital sculpting, jewelry CAD, rendering, and visualization workflows using professional tools such as ZBrush, JewelCAD, Rhino, and KeyShot. This allows our design team to develop and present highly detailed concepts before production.

The tools and methods applied are selected to suit each individual commission.

Selected gemstones may be purchased on their own, without commissioning a completed ring, pendant, bracelet, or other setting. Please contact Client Services with the character, size, and quality you have in mind.
